Description: I’ve been told this is a Fab Detergent premium doll from the mid-1950s. The company started out using Virga dolls, but the promotion was so successful that when they ran out of them dressed in this outfit, they bought Cosmopolitan Ginger dolls to continue filling the orders. This is one of the Ginger dolls. She is in an entire company. The information is contained in the Small Dolls of the '40s & '50s by Carol Stover. She has sleepy eyes, they do work but sometimes stick. Doll seems almost new, and the hair is just a little messy.
