Vintage Abstract Still Life Oil Painting Modern Art Wall Hanging Signed Parrish

Description: Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a nice vintage abstract still life painting. Circa '70s. Artist: Elizabeth Parrish. Colors: Green, Yellow, Blue. The painting is signed by the artist in the lower right-hand portion of the canvas (see photos). This painting is very large and commands space. It will become the focal point wherever it hangs. It'll make a great addition to a kitchen / dining room setting in any modern interior space! Measurements: Approx. 50" wide x 35.25" tall. Condition: The painting is in decent condition, but not perfect. First and foremost, it needs a new stretcher. As can be seen from the accompanying photographs, there was a center vertical wood bar on the reverse side that broke off at one point in time. It left a light impression on the canvas, which when re-stretched, should go away. There is also some areas of light color loss to the painting (see photos). It isn't too bad, and can probably be touched up or just left alone. When on a wall, it isn't too noticeable unless you are up close and looking for it. Aside from that, just some general light wear that is consistent with age and handling - there are no rips, tears, repairs, etc. The back side of the canvas shows discoloration / spotting (doesn't transfer through to the front).
