Dress is a gorgeous shade of baby blue and has pretty beaded detail on the sleeves and around the neck. It is lined, and then a little sheer at the top. Measurements approximately, waist 14 inches across laying flat, 28 inches around. Sleeve shoulder seam to cuff 22 inches. Shoulder which is shoulder seam to shoulder seam 13 inches. Length from back of neck to bottom is 56 inches. Hip is 17 inches across laying flat and 34 inches around. Bust is 16 inches armpit to armpit and 32 inches around.
