This great vintage boxing card measures approximately 2.5" x 3 5/16", and features a beautiful color rendering of champion boxer Tommy Burns from the 1910 T220 Mecca Cigarettes card set titled Champion Athlete and Prize Fighters. Tommy Burns is known for being the champion that gave Jack Johnson a shot at the title when others would not. Jack Johnson would go on to beat Tommy Burns, breaking the so-called "color barrier" in heavyweight boxing. We are not card graders, so we picked the condition that we felt it best fit. There is a slight stain in the upper center of the card. It does not distract from its display. We did take a number of photos so please see all of our photos before purchasing.
