Sam Raimi directed the first three modern era Spider-Man movies, which stars Tobey Maguire as our hero. They did really well, and actually contain some great special effects. The first one made over $831 million at the box office (on a budget of $139 million). The sequel, also directed by Raimi, and starring Maguire, made almost $796 million, on a budget of $200 million. And the third in the Tobey Maguire/Sam Raimi trilogy made almost $891 million on a budget of $258 million. In 2012, Spider-Man was rebooted and reborn, this time with Andrew Garfield playing the title role. The first one is called 'The Amazing Spider-Man', and it made $758 million on a budget between $200-230 million. There was a sequel, titled 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2', released TEN years ago, in '14. It made $709 million on a budget of between $200-293 million. Maybe the most expensive 'Spider-Man' movie ever made! In 2017, and after appearing in a couple of other Marvel superhero movies, they gave Spider-Man a new life once again! This time, it's Tom Holland starring as one of our most important and best loved superheroes. This one cost $175 million to make, but made almost $881 million dollars at the box office, worldwide. Titled 'Spider-Man: Homecoming', and it's actually really, really good! The second Tom Holland 'Spider-Man' movie was released in 2019. They spent $160 making it, and it made a jaw-dropping $1.133 billion dollars! Called 'Spider-Man: Far From Home', it was the most successful Spider-Man movie ever made, until... The third and last (so far) 'Spider-Man' movie, originally released in 2021, is titled 'Spider-Man: No Way Home'. That one is BY FAR the best money maker yet! It made almost TWO BILLION DOLLARS at the box office, worldwide, on a $200 million dollar budget. ($1.952 billion.) Pretty mind-blowing numbers, right? Today we feature ALL three original early 2000s DVDs of all three films, the middle TWO starring Andrew Garfield (and both with 3D versions included), on Blu-ray, and ALL three of the latest movies (and the first one is in 3D), also on Blu-ray! That's a total of EIGHT Spider-Man movies, with tons of special features. There's a reason why all of the films have made several billion dollars all together. They're that good! The first three DVDs look really good, but with a few light surface marks on them. Nothing bad, or that will affect play. Cases all look great. The middle two are combos. 'The Amazing Spider-Man' is a 3D Blu-ray, a DVD, and a Blu-ray disc of special features. (The standard Blu-ray is no longer available.) Don't have a 3D player or TV? That's ok. You can watch these two movies on the DVD or regular Blu-ray. And they were FILMED using a 3D camera, which seems to be so much better for 3D, and the effects are really awesome! Discs look fantastic, and are shiny and clean. Case looks new. And part 1 comes in a cool holographic slipcover. Part 2, also a combo, includes a 3D Blu-ray, a regular Blu-ray, and a DVD. Slipcover no longer available. The two Andrew Garfield movies are directed by Marc Webb, who has an awesome name for a 'Spider-Man' movie director! All the discs are shiny and clean. And the case looks really good as well. And we end this great deal with the trilogy of the latest 'Spider-Man' movies, the latest ones starring Tom Holland. The first is both a 3D Blu-ray, and a standard Blu-ray of 'Spider-Man: Homecoming'. Slipcover included, which has a little wear on it. Discs look new, and are shiny and clean. Case also looks great. The second in this series, ('Far From Home'), is a standard Blu-ray, as well as a DVD. Both look great, and are shiny and clean. No slipcover. Case looks awesome. And the last, ('No Way Home'), brings back members of ALL THREE series of films (you'll see what I mean), and is also a combo with a standard Blu-ray and a DVD. Discs and case look new. They pulled out all the stops with this last one, and it totally blew me away! Work on the fourth in this new series is supposedly being done right now. I guess we'll know soon enough...
