This is Fresh from a Flea Market. World War 2 Victory Slogan Soda Bottles are Hard to Find. You see Milks often, but Not soda bottles. I have heard that there was a Direct Connection to this Soda Company and Camp Shelby, But Not sure. The bottle has an Unusual Brownish Topaz Hue to the clear glass. It is Embossed with a Large V at Mid-Body with 3 Dots to the left and a dash to the right of V. This is for DOT DOT DOT DASH Morse Code for Victory. Inside the Large V, it reads: VICTORY BEVERAGES. It is Embossed: TWICE AS GOOD above V and HALF AS MUCH below V. It also has 2 V's Embossed at Neck. The backside reads: BOTTLED BY---S.S. ANDERSON---HATTIESBURG---MISSISSIPPI. It has nice shine. It has a couple of tiny pings. No chips, No cracks and No repairs. It has Never been tumbled or polished in any way. You will be Very Pleased!
