Description: Vintage square silver plated divided tray / platter from the Friedman Silver Company circa early 1900's. Friedman Silver Co was located in Brooklyn New York from 1908 and was bought by the Gorham Silver Company in 1960. This is number 3351, unknown pattern name. Is measures 14" X 14" and stands 2" tall. The divider is not removable. Recently polished. There is a small "blip" where the silverplate has worn off as shown in the pictures. There is also another spot on the underside. The interior bottom has faint scuffing/marks which is commiserate with a piece of this age. Trays such as this were used for serving pretty well everything from vegetables to sauces.
