Description: This RAM Mount Stubby Cup Holder Ball Base with 1 inch B-Ball RAP-B-299-4U. It is in good used condition and I opened it up once to tighten down the internal weight that started to rattle. Due to opening it, two of the three retaining clip receivers have cracks. (Check the pics.) It's nothing that affects the operation or stability of the mount The mount is compatible with most all RAM B size attachments. It has a flexible rubber grip design to accommodate most auto cup holders. The mount is made in USA.
