The kit contains a purchased copy of the Grand Central Quilt pattern and instructions by Swirly Girls Design along with enough fabric to complete the quilt top and edge binding as shown in picture 1. Backing fabric and batting will need to be purchased separately. Printed fabrics in this kit are from the Enchanted Forest and Seeds collections designed by Cori Dantini for Free Spirit Fabrics. Pictures 2 thru 10 show the fabrics included in this kit. There are no substitutions in this kit! Skill Level: Confident Beginner The pattern recommends 5 yards of fabric for the backing assuming a 44/45 width or 2-1/4 yards if using a 108 backing along with an 68 x 86 piece of batting. Additional fabric could be needed if using a directional print or fabric design matching. BACKING FABRIC AND BATTING ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS KIT. About 6-1/4 yards of fabric is included with the kit along with the pattern.
