It is designed to be used with your mobile or base radio. It is easily mounted magnetically with the RB-50 (not included) or via Mast or Pole with the GPK-01 Mount kit (not included). Wide Band transmit and receive on 140-170MHz and 430-470MHz (2m / 70cm / GMRS). The Nagoya NMO-72 dual band is a VHF and UHF antenna. A 1/4 wave on 2 meters provides unity gain, and a 5/8 wave on 440 MHz provides 3.65 dB gain. This antenna can handle up to 100 watts. Compatible with: Antenna Mobile or Base Mounts that use NMO connectors (Such as Nagoya RB-50 NMO Magnetic Mobile Mount or GPK-01 NMO Base / Field Mount).
