Signed lower left Delphia Isaac (1896-1986) studied with some important teachers including Huc-Mazelet Luquiens, Millard Sheets, Chareles Refell, Charles Rosen, and Clare Duer. She lived in El Paso (1922-1933) where she began her exhibition career there in 1931. She moved to San Antonio and continued her long exhibition career in the San Antonio Local Exhibitions. She moved to Dallas about 1943 and continued exhibiting into the 1950s. This painting is from her time in El Paso.
