Dorset Rex made compacts & purses sold at high end department stores & was known as one of “the Fifth Avenues.” Rare tortoise shell color with brass hardware. Missing original mirror, but clips are fully intact and it can easily be replaced. Great condition with NO cracks. Brass has some dings & scratches but that means you don’t have to feel like you have to leave it at home & preserve it. About 8.75” side to side, 3.5” tall, 3.75” front to back. Handle is 4” tall. Inside is about 3.25” wide at the bottom & fits cell phones - very usable. See pics for condition.
