Plus, a removable design means this drawer is easy to install, in addition to making it easy to remove and clean. This drawer attaches using one wingnut in the back of the cabinet. No tools are needed. Front access controls ensure easy use, and aluminum construction provides long-lasting durability. A water pan is fitted in the drawer's center and is used to generate humidity in the cabinet during proofing mode, or can be used during holding mode to keep food items from drying out. Also included are a heating element and blower, ensuring that you have everything you need to get your heating / proofing cabinet up and running again!
