It has a 6 quart capacity and allows for easy processing of fruits & meats, making it a great tool for any home cook or sausage maker. This press is crafted with prcision and attention to detail and includes all parts. There are 2 press plates and the sausage tube with the attachment ring. This press is very heavy...it weighs in at about 39 lbs. It has some minor surface rust, but can be easily cleaned to working order. The mechanics are sound and it turns and presses beautifully.
