Hudson Birmingham 'The Metropolitan' Whistle stamped with the 13 Barr Street, Birmingham address. This example was produced for the GPO between 1889 and 1903 as denoted by the cap and curved chain ring design. Hudson made whistles at this address from the late 1800's until 1909 when they moved to the 244 Barr Street address. The condition of this example is as pictured, so please take the time to view all 12 images before deciding to purchase or to make an offer. This would make a nice addition to any antique / vintage whistle collection.
