Description: Hey there! Make sure to read this description please :)This is a gorgeous pair of Marbled Black Shell Cordovan Higgins Mill boots from Allen Edmonds, and they are size 12 D. Worn very seldomly, only a few times. Itshide commando sole is in awesome condition with very little wear. Storm welt, black laces, speed hook, very marbled pair, lots of variation in this pair. These are in EXCELLENT condition EXCEPT for a small area near the lacing panel of one boot. I have taken a very good photo of what I am talking about. The profila binding of one boot in one small area is separating due to a minor tear. I do think this would be an easy repair because of where this is. I think a simple patch job would do the trick and you’d still have a great deal even factoring that in. If you have any questions, shoot them over.
