Description: After contacting FENDER (fender.com, customer service )with the serial number (see picture) I was informed that this neck was used in this assembly in January 2014. This is a 2014 Fender Strat with the 60th commemorative nameplate. The guitar was purchased used with a black pearled pic-guard with black pickup covers and black knobs (see picture) I changed the plastic parts only but kept the original parts and include them with the guitar (see picture 5). If you YouTube, Bruce Springsteen-Glory Day live in London you can see model. Steven Van Zandt playing this model Stratocaster. Picture 4 shows a modest scrape on the bass side of the neck posing no problem to playability. The frets have plenty of life left.
