A lovely image of for ducks swimming on a pond, alongside a toy sailboat made from a Dutch wooden shoe. indistinctly signed on backside, as shown, but unidentified. Certainly worthy of further research. Painting measures 14 1/4" x 10" and is on stretched canvas. Displays beautifully, with one small professional repair, as seen from backside. Although wooden stretchers are original, a previous owner has removed the nails, and secured the canvas to the wood using staples. Guaranteed to be an authentic antique painting, and not a reproduction or print.
